Our Thanksgiving Guest!

Salty! My brother's family dog! He stays with us whenever my brother's family is away. He's quite a character!

Gift Tags

I decided to make gift tags this year! How quick and easy! I used a scalloped oval punch, a Coluzzle oval, stickers, a stamp and an eyelet.

LG - Life Is Good!

I came home this morning from taking my son to school and was greeted by only one of our cats. So I started looking for the second and found him watching 'kitty TV' aka the fish tank! My husband moved the piano bench in front of the fish tank before leaving for work, to make it more convenient for the boys to watch 'kitty TV'!

Thanksgiving Blessings

Every year Christmas displays are up sooner and sooner in the stores. It is a wonderful time of year! However, Thanksgiving is also important and should not be over looked. We live in a country of plenty (even though times are tough right now, all in all we are fortunate) and should always remember to count our blessings. Family and friends, I count as my biggest blessings.

The pic below is of my son and our cat Danny. Matt has now outgrown me! Only by a half inch right now, but he loves it!

These are 3 of my fur children! Jesse is our dog, who is 15 years old! He does pretty well for his age. I hope I do as well when I'm that age!

Our cats are litter mates, so they are literally brothers! They are alittle over a year old. They are part Maine Coon, which explains their size! They're big boys!

They add so much to our lives! We are so thankful to be blessed with them!

These are glass blocks that have a hole drilled in the bottom and a small strand of Christmas lites inside.

This ornament I made using a small acrylic block. I used O'So Sticky tape on the sides to attach the ribbon and microbeads.

Stamps from The Stamping Studio

Just a quick little ornament. The ornament shapes are on sale at JoAnn's for .39!! I'm going back for more!!

This is a really simple folded piece that I'm using this year to send photos of my son to friends and family. The original idea came from the Christmas Cards All Year 'Round Blog.

I had a really hard time photographing this card. The acetate is what made it hard. I used some of the new stamps from The Stamping Studio for this card. (Sentimental Christmas for the saying and Snowflake Tree) I stamped the tree on the acetate and the rest on a simple white card. The bow at the top holds the acetate on. Of course, it needed some bling for Christmas, so I added some rhinestones.

This is the three of us, plus my husband's mom. She really is that short! Sorry Mom!! Matt is growing like crazy!
