Try writing a Happiness List!  Write down 20 things that make you happy and then do 5 of them each day.  Those 20 things can be anything from lying around with your cat, taking a nap, reading, cooking, walking your day, anything that makes you happy.  In our society we are taught to work and then have fun.  You must get your work done!  However, by doing 5 things from your happiness list per day, you will find that you can cut right to the fun and still get your work done!
